Thomas K. Bond, MD, MS
Triple Board-Certified in Regenerative/Age-Management Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Family Medicine, Dr. Bond is a renowned global leader in both the practice of Interventional Regenerative Orthopedic Medicine, as well as, the training of other physicians and healthcare providers in regenerative medicine education. Dr. Bond has served as Chief of Sports Medicine for LSU Medical Center from 2003 – 2007, where he also was Medical Program Director for the LSU Sports Medicine Fellowship Program. In 2007, he became the first physician in Louisiana to perform ultrasound-guided regenerative injection procedures and has performed thousands of such procedures since that time, making him one of the most experienced interventional regenerative orthopedic physicians in the world.
Since 2007, Dr. Bond has been a leader in Regenerative/Age Management Medicine, as well as hormone optimization in both male and females. With the consecutive launches in Lafayette of TotalCare Health and Wellness Medical Center, Male Vitality Program (MVP), and Balance – Optimal Health for Women, Dr. Bond has more than a decade of success creating custom hormone replacement and testosterone replacement treatments for his patients. Dr. Bond holds a Master of Science Degree in Physiology and Biophysics from the University of Arkansas Medical School in Little Rock, Arkansas, and a Medical Doctorate from LSU Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed his residency in family medicine at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, and received a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Sports and Musculoskeletal Medicine at Duke University Medical School in Durham, North Carolina.
